Mistaking Charles for Kachunga is just too ridiculous to even think about.
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?

someone gave that blind c*nt a right ear bashing there, one of our coaches was pissing homself

The referee isn't interested in listening what people have to say. Ian Evatt trying to tell him he's sent off the wrong person.
The way our luck is going I wouldn't be surprised of the FA uphold the card and ban Kachunga for 3 games too.

You would imagine that Kachunga and the opposition could resolve the whodunnit problem. Unless of course the opposition are looking to get the advantage by us not having our best striker on the pitch.

That’s Kachungas time here over - by the time he’s back from the ban we will have two shiny new forwards and he can feck off to the b team!

Hmmm. I've watched it back a few times now and all I can see is Kanchunga trying to put across, unconvincingly, that he'd been knocked in the chops.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Tue Jan 24, 2023 8:34 pm
Several reports including Iles saying that he did.
May the bridges I burn light your way

The popcorn's out awaiting Insano's take on Kachunga's actions...

Well.
That was one of the worst decisions I've seen in four decades of football watching, but it's gone now. Appeal in the morning, Dion overturned, Kacha banned, on we go.
We MUST now focus. Because we could easily drop two or even three points here. With Dion off we have no focal point in attack and Kacha's well-meaning tracking back into midfield isn't helping.
I genuinely don't know what to do tactically because the nearest thing we have to a striker on the bench is Sadlier and, well.
Half a mind to send Toal up top, but that would leave us short in defence. Could switch to a back four but Randy's no LB.
Whatever we do we have to keep calm and keep passing. The front six (as they are now) are going to have to work very hard.

I’m watching Kachunga. All game. Not seeing pressing. Lot of walking though. Lot of disappearing too.
I’d take a point probably now. We are really desperate here. Nothing up front. No striker on the bench.
We are in my view definitely weaker than we went into the window. And it’s more than a one player fix.
We need to have four strikers in the squad again. Without doubt. And if you watch this game and tell me Kachunga is one you are literally mental.
We have Charles and injured Dan. There is no question we need two more. To even be equal to where we came in.
Lad from United has done well. Is lively as I expected. Hope he can keep it up. He will need to.
Randell is very very poor again. And Bradley is dead on his feet.

I may be pumped on adrenaline but I think that's the best tweet I've seen since the reply to Gerry Adams complaining about Christmas lights

Apologists for Kachunga have often excused his lack of goalscoring by pointing (perhaps quite reasonably) to what he contributes in standard setting, "model pro", " good on the training pitch" , etc.
Tonight he's not even contributed that.

Superb.
I'd go 4-4-1. These are so shit we could still control the ball. Staying with the back 5 they'll have all the ball and it only takes one to drop.
feck sake though. Hopefully that speeds up the striker process to replace the silly bastard.
Did enjoy the refs getting absolute pelters as they went down the tunnel. Christ alive.

Yep in fairness I think Kachunga did try and say it was him. Though some claim not.
He’s dreadful though. And nobody can claim otherwise. A non event in every sense. And his time is up here. He is pointless to keep.
That said I hope he signs off with a goal this half cos I feel we might need one.

However, wouldn't him going leave us another striker light?

I'd leave the back line exactly as it is. Sadlier on for Kachunga.
In truth, we're just looking to see this one out now. Take the three points.
