Scored and assisted against the Wombles. He'd not have made it all the way to the 18s if we didn't know where the goal was. Doing it in the men's game is a different kettle of fish, as we've seen often.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Wed Jun 07, 2023 7:53 pmHow about stand out attributes like goals? Does he know where they are? Pace and power are nice too...
There was some press ages ago that he'd switched over to Ireland, but the releases today say he's still with Scotland - so I'm not sure what's going on there. I'm trying to figure out if I'd have any of his international games on a hard drive somewhere.

I’ve said I would take sharp but the proviso has to be it is instead of Jerome. Can’t have two old duffers! Jack O Connel was quality the last time they went up, what a shame.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say the club will announce what's happening with Dad Bod this afternoon. I can't think that the club wouldn't have demanded a decision from him by now, and they like to do a Friday announcement, so that's my shout for the day.

Maybe but people are away on holidays……Things may well be agreed but awaiting signatures and confirmations.The_Gun wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 12:26 pmI'm going to stick my neck out and say the club will announce what's happening with Dad Bod this afternoon. There isn’t really a rush so long as things are in hand.

Yup. The B Team lad's was done in May. Just needed finalisation. That's fairly normal.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 12:52 pmMaybe but people are away on holidays……Things may well be agreed but awaiting signatures and confirmations.

I think that might be a decent shout! Maybe a "teaser" at 16:30 and a "time to feck off" announcement at 17:00?The_Gun wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 12:26 pmI'm going to stick my neck out and say the club will announce what's happening with Dad Bod this afternoon. Adam Senior joins (fifth-tier) Halifax. Sounds about right. Again, good luck to the lad.

Maybe a touch surprised he didn't make a L2 team TBF...Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 5:05 pmAdam Senior joins (fifth-tier) Halifax. Sounds about right. Again, good luck to the lad.

Nah. Last two seasons he's been loaned to Ashton U (div 7), York, Chorley and Telford (all div 6) and then Halifax. He's going in the right direction and I hope he continues, but he was hardly an EFL shoo-in.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 5:06 pmMaybe a touch surprised he didn't make a L2 team TBF...Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 5:05 pmAdam Senior joins (fifth-tier) Halifax. A midtable National League side is a good move for him. He needs to play football and Halifax should give him that. Millington rates him and if he can establish himself as first choice next season he might catch the eye of a League team thereafter.

Not much difference in quality between league two and national league anyway…really hope he gets a career out of it - of all the lads we gave debuts too he was my favourite! Never forget that interview he did after scoring. Top bloke.

Our favourite Scottish journo is promising 2 names tomorrow. So there will be some speculation for those getting restless.
