Well, that makes things interesting. If any motivation was needed for Pompey...

We have a chance, but, realistically, will require 4 wins, including Pompey & Posh. That's a tough ask.

Wycombe had the better of that second half and Derby’s keeper made a couple of crucial saves.

We’ll take that though. Back in our hands if we win Saturday. Beat Pompey on Saturday and I’m confident we’ll have it wrapped up by 5pm on the 21st

Derby have won one in four - not inconceivable that our last-day trip to Posh could be a straight fight for 2nd
Yep could do with Oxford doing a posh job on Saturday

Derby will beat Orient this Saturday but they’ll drop points at Cambridge the week after

Felt physically sick towards the end of that. Derby didn’t offer that much at all and Wycombe could have won it at the death but for the keepers headed clearance 6 inches off the ground!

I shudder at the thought.

Win at the weekend and we're reeling Pompey in.

Chasing and being chased. Perfect storm.

It'd certainly be nice for Kachunga to do us a favour.

Having to win at Posh on the final day is a stomach-turning prospect tbh.

Aye, we only managed 5 last year at Posh :-) ! Decent result for us tonight and not undeserved from Wycombe. Derby keeper probably kept them a point again - earning his money, that boy.

Dare I say, I think, and I say again I think that no team has done the double over us this season.

Pies. OFC.

Barnsley the only team we've played twice and haven't beaten.

Orient are still in with a (very) outside chance of playoffs. Totally out of their hands, like, but I can see them being well up for their match vs Derby.

Course, we've got the hardest match of the weekend, against a Pompey side for whom victory could seal the whole damn season. But we've no need to fear them. But for a Charles misfire, we'd have had an entirely different game against them back in December. And we've proven, time after time after time, that this season, on our day, we're more than a match for anyone in this league.

We can absolutely win this. And a victory may well put the frighteners on Portsmouth at the top too. Only six points ahead, with nine to play for? I've seen bigger and better teams get cold feet in those positions before...

Promotion back in our own hands. Need to keep winning to get promotion, which makes things slightly easier to think about rather than worrying about results elsewhere. Do the business and get promoted, its as simple as that.

The games we've got are not going to be the easiest, but at least we've got a chance.

Peterborough will be in the same boat as us after tonight. Win all their games and they get promoted, we could do with them dropping some points.

A threeway race for 2nd place on the final day doesn't sound like a pleasant prospect.

Losing at Portsmouth, but winning the rest could quite easily see us all:

Derby - 89 points
Bolton - 87 points
Peterborough - 87 points

A final day bit of madness at Peterborough for three points with Derby having to lose (or beaten on GD if drawing) would be quite the maddening prospect.

You'd suspect Peterborough would have to fancy their chances of catching Derby by scoring a lot (they're already the leagues top scorers, just not on GD). We need to do the same.

Just keep winning!
