L Pompey 1-1 Oxford
L Derby 2-0 Vale
L Wycombe 1-1 BARNSLEY

Dirty swine Cosgrove, 'cos Barnsley always score (and always concede)

Ian loves Cambridge at home. That was a fantastic half, the only complaint anyone could level is we should be out of sight. Have to put the foot down now. A lot of that confidence will come back if we can put these to the sword, and they are terrible.

Thomo and Ogbeta been absolutely outstanding.

Those stats echo what we've known. Dominant, but not clinical.

Special mentions for Thomo and Maghoma today, both decent and busy.

Yeah great performance. Feel like we have some swagger back. Only criticism is - how is it not dead and buried?

Maghoma has been excellent on the ball but oh boy is he shocking off it!

JDC had a weird game, got himself into some great positions with no end product, been clattered twice, but that miss is about as bad as you'll see. Pushing Dion close for worst of the season (the Pompey one before any wags ask which one). Think Collins could've done with the boost of the assist. Some talent (that ball inside the full back for JDC was sublime) but looks half a step out from the rest a lot of the time.

We’ve been decent, but we’re only doing what we should be. Let’s run up a cricket score to boost the confidence.

I would like a Collins goal more than anything (bar a Vale comeback from 2-0 down to beat Derby). He does seem somehow... awkward. Even his height looks gangly rather than a potential bonus from set pieces, etc.

As long as Thomo's available, Maghoma is battling Dempsey fr the other 8 role. I think Paris is better against defensive teams but Demps will work better in the system, which I why I expect him back in at Barnsley. 'sall good.

JDC booked for stopping their break away. Seems a consistent style of booking we pick up that. I would question this ref as to why that one warranted a booking when there were plenty of other players in position to block off any quick counter attack.

Suspect that would make Serie A quite interesting.

Collins should have had a go there, IMO

Collins really has flattered to deceive since signing.

He was short on confidence coming here and had one good game. It'll take a while before we see the best from him I think. Probably just needs to get a good run of it.

We need to get Maghoma on the ball in the final third as much as possible.

Gone a bit flat this.

Almost as if we're holding our efforts back to kill off the time remaining rather than the opposition.
