Two wingbacks scoring. Thank feck they weren’t pinned back in a cautious 4231…

That's a quiz question ready to go. Name players that have scored on their birthday. I remember okocha and now jdc
I'm sure Kevin Davies did.

Pompey score injury-time pen, because of course.

HT Pompey 1-0 Burton
HT Derby 0-0 Reading
HT Carlisle 1-1 Barnsley

Two hands in the back, earlier in the half JDC was punished for that

Heh, the forwards give Joel a harmonised stereo bollocking for kicking too long

Feel like there's been a lot of soft free kicks against us. Probably easier for the ref to give theirs given the position on the pitch. Refs been fairly decent all things considered

Just got in to a positive looking scoreline. Have we been as good as the score suggests?

Just humour it.

Dominant performance. Same again for the second half and we should be good. Less of the Jekyl and Hyde and more of the .... which one of those is good again.

As usual, the question is whether we'll emerge in some sort of stupor. But that was good. Keep it up.

Barnsley winning at Carlisle.

L Pompey 1-0 Burton
L Derby 0-0 Reading
L Carlisle 1-2 Barnsley
