Change of plan for Saturday. LE and I are going getting smashed tomorrow night and then running round some ruins on Saturday.

Just seen the run route for the 28th. Lot of my old stamping ground that. Especially Blackburn Road.
Looks like fun.

Did a 7km x-country race at Ally pally today. There's a massive hill which we hit 3 times and I had to walk each time. Pace was off by about 30 seconds a mile on average.
Tough. Tough run.

Did this PR in Leeds this morning with LE. We were out on the piss til 2 watching this Iron Maiden tribute band. We both finished 7 minutes outside our PB's. Breakfast was fecking shit too, and cost about £3 more.

I feel pretty chuffed with myself when I manage to get up in time for park run. How you both manage to take part as well after a skin full
