first parkrun in a while on saturday. After a month of barely any exercise, eating and drinking like a tudor royal over christmas, I was quite surprised that I was 30 seconds off my PB for the course

Hopefully under 26mins next this saturday :box: bring it on!

Where are you planning on doing that, Kinty?

Looks like I'll be our only running representative at LHP tomorrow, for Parkrun No. 71 *halo*

Absolutely. I bumped into the other raspberry in Morri's, earlier. I believe that he'll be hurling abuse with you.

Hilly Fields Park in London, Bruce. I can assure you the name is earned. Christ.

cracking effort on 71 Bruce. Just checked and apparently I've only done 12! Thought it s at least twenty. Maybe I've included the ones I promised I'd do half cut on Friday eve :(

Tempting, did a slow 5k on the indoor track at the gym and it felt alright but not quite there yet unfortunately.

Did my first run in 6 weeks on Monday, but still getting twinges in my back.

I was going to marshal tomorrow, but they appear to have more than a full quota. Might go down to watch, if I can be arsed getting up.

Take the LeverEnd and Bruce Rioja test. It's pretty lax from what I've heard! :pissed:
