FD = Forever Delayed
Manic Street Preachers reference and was the name of my band (when I had one).
Anyone else not contributed to this thread apart frome me?![]()
Can on occasions mean "fecking Dick" as well though.![]()
I'd got you down as being a Finance Director. Really.

May the bridges I burn light your way
Slightly arrogant but I did wonder what people thought it stood for. Been meaning to ask one of the mods/admins to change it for ages to be honest.
Only put FD because I wasn't sure I was gonna stay here as it were. After leaving Bolton Banter because of some arseholes I didn't want to use the same nickname, though in truth I can't even remember what it was now!

Inspired by a Frank Turner song which is a) my favourite song on the album, and b) the one which I am in the video for. After listening to the song i wondered where the inspiration for the name came from and found the TS Eliot poem ' the love song of J.Alfred (or Alfred J. depending on who you read) Prufrock'. Fantastic poem and got me back into TS Eliot (who i used to really like in GCSE English). Reminds me to get hold of a copy of 'the wasteland', havent read that in ages.

Life is not like a box of chocolates , it is infact , like a box of chuck norris roundhouse kicking you in the face. And if you recieve a box of chuck norris , you always know what your gonna get.

Mine's DLH due to the Rioch era being the time where I really started to follow Bolton. I'd been before under Neal, but that was always more of a treat with my Grandad.
Under Rioch I had a season ticket, and properly started what I now view as my religion stood up on Burnden Terrace with LK among others. I guess from there most of my BWFC heroes arose. Lee, Kelly, Walker, McGinlay, Stubbs etc...etc..
Anyhow, one thing that always struck me was the semi-bald Mullet that Little Davey Lee had on the wing after his arrival from Southampton, why not cut it shorter?? It was either going to be that or Tony Kelly's Belly, I plumbed for the David Lee one, without knowing there was already a bald patch on here, and the confusion it may create! Mainly due to me actually being called Dave and it'd be less confusing to myself

thebish...
either: a not so subtle reference to the fact that I am the free-church equivalent of a vicar
or: an indication that my ancestry dates back to the ancient city of Thebes - making me Thebish
or: an indication of the fact that I am a total wanker - as in bash-the......
or possibly two out of the three.....

Anyway, if anyones interested I used to be called "Lord Kanganas a Football Genius" on 606. Clearly I missed my calling as a talent scout....
The only reason I'm not on here is that it won't allow that many charachters for a name.
(LK was a Swedish/African youngster of supposedly much promise, if no-one remembers him. He was, according to the Oldham fan on 606 who picked up on my name, sh!te. Having believed the hype, I was somewhat deflated, but kept the name anyway.)

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

According to Wiki doo-da....
there are a number of Pagans and/or Wiccans that have also formed free churches, of which some are referred to as Covens, Groves, or Ministries
