So how was YOUR Valentine's Night

Post by Batman » Wed Feb 14, 2007 10:55 pm

Mine was so-so

Made the wife the post Gnocchi tea, she had several ales, decided to watch the fecking Brit awards. Me, being a witty drunk spent 2hrs insulting the lot of em, and enjoying the Killers performance, then turned over to the Beeb to see Meaty score!

Then wifey toddles off to bed, leaving me with 12 stubbies to sup, and a John Shuttleworth VHS, not even BWFC losing can dampen my spirits. I'm drunk and having a good time.

Rock on!

I spent valentines in the company of the 14 men I love and adore.

Shame one of my future husbands had to score past my other future husband to ruin the night.

Roll on next year.

(And didn't see my small future husband on TV but hoping Commie has smuggled him back in his pocket for me).

After the game I wandered around the east end in a daze.

I was home sick. It snowed it's ass off. I watched Bolton lose. Then had to drag myself out to clear the driveway from all the ice.

Last night made Valentine's Day even WORSE when we lost to bloody Arsenal.

And it probably didn't help when my mate wanted Arsenal to win... although I had to laugh when Adebayor MISSED Jussi's open goal, hahaha!

Didn't some crazy fella get the microphone man to ask his girlfriend to marry him last night during half-time?????????

I may have imagined this as no-one else I spoke to remembers it.
