Has anyone been to the Man and Sycthe in Bolton and tried Thatchers? Fookin moonjuice that stuff. Two pound ten a pint and 10.5%! Love it! :D

Apologies for being off topic, but that reminded me of the line from Withnail and I: "Two pound ten a tit, and a fiver for your arse." :D

LOL, the power of advertising. It tastes just like Woodpecker to me, and everyone used to slag that off when I were a lad :pissed: But now they've got hfancy advertising, it's just great

BTW, same goes for Bud and Miller, two of the pissiest beers on the go, but hey, the adverts are good

Magners is conducting a big media campaign here to try to make cider a popular drink with young people. Good luck with that.

You bitches.

All drinking lager and cider.

Get some fcuking real ale down yer. Failing that, some Bavarian wheat beer like Paulaner. It makes you more handsome, a better singer, a superb dancer and completely irresistable to ze womenfolk.

One's decided to let oneself consume a little wine on a school night this week. Tonight - Casillero del Diablo Chilean Shiraz (3 for 2 at Tesco) Very nice it is too!

I bought 6 bottles a couple of months ago over the internet and still got 4 left, I fancy a good drink tonight. Am going to have an online poker night tonight, want to win some cash.

How is the strongbow going down? Do you prefer that to Woodpecker? I used to love woodpecker.

Not a fan of the Woodpecker, I prefer Strongbow as it's the 'bitter-sweet cider with a complex rewarding taste', or at least according to the can anyway. :D

Been drinking them since I woke up during the cup final game this afternoon. Most refreshing!
