Why buy that from them when you can get a bottle of this?communistworkethic wrote: http://www.bibacity.co.uk/shop/product. ... ctid=16347

Wouldn't normally drink a blend but this is fantastic. (I have to declare an interest as a friend of mine designed the packaging.)

Sounds like a nice blend; you gotta love the description they've given it.Little Green Man wrote:Why buy that from them when you can get a bottle of this?communistworkethic wrote: http://www.bibacity.co.uk/shop/product. ... ctid=16347

Plus, I love how you made the link go to the handy online order form. Very slick!

Dragging this thread back on track:
There used to be a beer sold here under the name of Millers. Have you ever smelled the scent that a tom cat can leave around yours? That's what it tasted like. Putrid.
It was easy to circumvent the problem by not drinking the stuff, but what really puzzled me was that many people really liked it. Each to their own I suppose - after all I cannot face an oyster or asparagus (without even swallowing them) as the smell alone causes my throat to constrict to the point of having to walk away.

Marshall, that's a 'Cheeky Vimto', splendid stuff it is too. Where I used to work, when we'd all meet up on the night before a meeting and head off round Northampton drinking 'Chloes', which is simply a double vodka but with Smirnoff Ice as your mixer. The problem with them is that because they taste like fizzy pop you end up slurping them down, and before long you're rendered a gibbering idiot!marshall_42 wrote:the most surprising thing i have ever tasted was a mix of blue WKD and port. It tastes like Ribena. The things young kids can teach you these days!

my mistake last night was that i got into the casino after a few beers and deciding that wine was the most cost effective way of taking alcohol on board. cost effective perhaps but mixed with beer? I should know better
