Some kinda supergroup there WA... although Gallagher might stink the place up...

My results:

single: Abba - Waterloo
album: Carpenters - The Singles 1969-1973

Born on 4th May:
1951 - Jackie Jackson ( The Jackson Five )
1959 - Randy Travis ( country vocalist )
1961 - Jay Aston ( vocalist, Bucks Fizz )
1972 - Mike Dirnt ( bassist, Green Day )
1979 - James Bass ( N SYNC )

And in football, on that very day, Liddypool were beating Newcastle in the FA Cup Final, Shankly's last game in charge.
(Unless he was in charge for the subsequent Charity Shield - I know he led them out...)
