It's a bit petty though really isn't it? what happened to to old wind the window down, shout and gesture then forget about it?

Agree with the poster above, whats the point?

If someone is driving that badly they should be reported straight to the police.

A lot of the "reports" on there are in my opinion subjective and in some cases it could well be the reportee who was the bad driver, especially if their intelligence is to be judged from their sentence construction and spelling!

With over 900 complaints in six months, mostly about spacing on license plates, he would appear to need to get a life.
