Just watching this programme on C4. Horrific.

The 'Johnny Adair' lookalike from Horwich is unbelievable....putting his young daughter in the ring when she obviously doesn't want to. ANyone watching?

No, but I like the TV listings guide describing it as having been spat out of a shock-doc random name generator. See also Dog Borstal. All you need is Nazi, Fat and Britain's and you're set.

Erm, I know this is kind of off topic, but I'm not sure its worth a whole new thread.

But has anyone seen ITN news tonight? They've had 3 videos off youtube on. Terrible subjectivity in the content of stories.In short, worrying.. :roll:

The thing is what happens when the baby is crawling about at home and comes across a Cobra thay hasn't been de-fanged and isn't clearly terrified?

Also what if the Cobra had struck and caught the baby in the eye? Infuriating.

Political correctness gone mad. One minute you moan that kids don't exercise or that they're protected too much in this antiseptic HSE society, the next you're slagging parents off who try to get their kids active and teach them to protect themselves in the rough, tough real world. :roll:

In Horwich's defence - the numpty in the documentary is from Wigan. His kids attend the Kick Boxing club based in Horwich.

I don't have any problem with kids getting involved in Boxing, martial arts etc. as long as the kid choses to do it. Some of the kids on the programme last night clearly didn't want to be there. As for the lad that was call Thai, he wants taking off his parents because he was obviously bred to be a kickboxer.
