Never watched this till two weeks ago when the wife called me in. What a load of plonkers, "dancing ferrets", ffs.

Must admit though there are moments of magic: The Manchester "impressionist" was one of the funniest things I've ever seen, for all the wrong reason, and a couple of the acts really did have talent; like the Arden Youth choir and the ten year old who sang Sinatra's "Summer Wind" Might watch it again now. .

I saw the ferret one and was pissing myself laughing, they ran off in different direction no dancing in site, then the people admitted that they had never done it before

Early rounds are what its all about.

Cowell is good on American Idol cos he does what isn't allowed in the USA - he criticises and if someones shite he tells them they are shite, the look on their faces is sometimes wonderful (esp when Paula Abdul has gushed!! all over them...even though she knows they were shite but it too pathetic to say so)
