Nice and medium rare, so it melts in the mouth. With chips and pepper sauce, as mentioned. And asparagus. First steam the asparagus, then finish them off with two minutes in a frying pan, with lots of butter and very thin slices of garlic.
Sorry, forgot to mention - if aspragus isn't your thing, and you're snobby about the smell of your wee, do the same with fine green beans instead.

Nice medium rare, topped with French Mustard and with a side salad (got to think about that healthy eating you know).
That said, I'd go for FD's mushroom and pepper sauce as long as the peas were mushy or marrowfat. Hate garden peas. If it's a fried egg job, then forget the rest and have grilled bacon and liver with the steak and some chips and butter beans. Yeah.
