good choices, just watching Capote myself tonight, never seen it before, LoveFilm sent it me.

I keep thinking of films to add to all these threads but dont bother as its getting a bit tedious - however one formidable gem from this decade that is well worth a mention is 'Lost in Translation'

Quality!

I thought 'Lost In Translation' was just about about the most godawful pretentious trying-to-be-really-cool-by-not-making-a-point-and-thats-the-point piece of crap cinema I'd seen in years. But then loads of people really like it, so what do I know....

Lost in Translation has a few things in its favour - the leads and the photography. Tokyo looks fabulous and I wanted to go there straight away.

But... it's hard to make a film about boredom interesting.

Scarlett Johanssen is fit too!

I thought the film had a certain charm to it without being overly interesting
