Aw, come on now lads. Let's not be too harsh.

Remember, inside every fat person there's ten choc ices, a value pizza, 8 litres of Fanta, two kebabs, sixteen bowls of Frosties... (etc)

If the government refused them ANY money, wouldn't they eventually wither away to a lighter weight and be able to get jobs? Surely that's the most humane option?

The extra weight MUST be a result of their extra fingers.

As ever, though, the solution may be found within the problem .... extra fingers = 20% improvement on typing speeds. Surely ideal dor data inputting roles.

Just trying to help.

What an odd story. I'm normally against this sort of stuff.

'Let's laugh at the freaks, so we can feel better about ourselves.'

But in this case, there has been collusion between the family and the papers. The story was run in the Mail first - see here and nicked by the Telegraph (bit lazy that). Are they going to get paid for it, and if so, will it affect their benefits?

Maybe they've got Max Clifford working for them. Look out for the next fly on the wall series. 'At Home with the Chawners.'

Oh and Bobo, they originally come from Ramsbottom, so no extra digit.
