That's easy. Everyone knows that.

Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again.

You can't put Dylan ones up - they're too obvious.

Maybe not.

But they should.

Teach Dylan in schools, that's what I say.

That's what I was thinking. Now come on - Can't complain, mustn't grumble.

Here's a clue - it's 50% of the worst line ever written, ever!
Since no one was answering this, I cheated and googled it. But I won't answer, because I cheated.

It was on a page listing the worst lines ever written in pop songs.

Other classics listed included the obvious "I'm as serious as cancer". Which everyone knows.

And "I don't want to see a ghost , I'd rather have a piece of toast." I don't know the song. But think the line is fantastic. I, too, would rather have a piece of toast.

:D I tend to agree.

Here's one that I doubt anyone will get;

I'm apathetic, I'm lazy and rude,
I'm boring and I'm stupid and I'm vicious and crude
May the bridges I burn light your way

Ooooh oooooh, that's that 'Kill' song isn't it? Noooooo idea who it's by. I 'think' it's a comedy pisstake on punk ? A mate used to be really into them, can't for the life of me remember the name though.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

That's 'em, just wikipedia-d them, no idea what a lad from essex was doing with that, but remember a couple of sessions in first year.

Hows about:

"So you think you've had a walk in the park.
You don't think you've been working too hard."

Ah, Sabbath. Purveyors of many fine lyrics. Although I'm not convinced Warpigs tops their list.

From the song, Black Sabbath: "Is this the end, my friend? Satan's coming round the bend"

Which, for some reason, I always picture occuring in Accrington. You're wandering down the road there, when around the corner in front of you, Satan appears.

That'd be a bugger, wouldn't it?
