Goalkeeper Wanted

Post by boltonboris » Wed Jul 21, 2010 8:30 pm

Evening! The team I play for are currently looking for a decent goalkeeper. The lad we had down initially, came with the promise of being a good player, turns out he was soft as shite and couldn't take goalkicks.

Anyhow, does anybody know of a 'keepe who would be interested in playing on a Saturday morning in the Manchester Saturday League? Home games are played in Swinton

We've a decent team, looking to get even better..

Thanks

Not sure we need him now mate!!

Besides, he'd probably be near the top end of the clubs pay structure, so we'd risk upsetting some of our other stars!! And we can't have any unhappy players in such a tight-knit group!

Can I set up a thread along these lines asking for a left-back?

Applicants should speak to a Mr C Puslow in L4. If you see a Mr Hodgson, ask him where Mr Purslow is and he'll point you in the right direction. Ta.

I heard somewhere that there's a bloke called Robbie Green (or similar) banging around looking for a job. Worth a look?
