What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

aye - am sure EVERY episode ended with the downhill bathtub or the home-made cart - or motorbike and sidecar that got separated....

then there was heartbeat and the Royal... :vomit:

some of us are old enough to remember decent sunday telly - like the Onedin Line - and wasn't Howard's Way on a sunday? if not, it should have been!
Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Wasn't "That's Life" on a Sunday too? Where would the world have been without a dog that could say sausages?
or a rudey-shaped carrot...

Dracula, 1992 version

Much more faithful to the book (so far) than I might have hoped

Aye - me neither.

Strikes me as a poor man's Waking the Dead.

Hopefully it will improve.

also got, after always scoffing at the mention of it before, Downton Abbey - but not looked at that yet
Modern Family is a bit overrated in my view. It's funny, but not deserving of such praise and awards. Also it has one of the most annoying characters on TV.

Parks and Recreation is far better imo.
who is it, the Columbian?
No, Claire. Can't stand her.

Excellent... but tougher, much tougher, than the oldest of old leather soaked in old leather toughening fluid... i loved it and shrank away at the same time...

It is but ruined by Reeves, Ryder and the bloke from Silnce of the Lambs hamming it.

About time they did a true version of the book with decent acting etc....Oldman can stay :)

I know what you mean, and yeah reckon someone could do a decent update of it now. They do seem to like re-boots and re-imaginings. Didn't mind Ryder but I do struggle to find her attractive.

I just enjoyed how it was reasonably faithful, even the scary-ass scenes in the castle with the maidens and the Count scaling the walls were well realised. And the disturbing scene in the garden with the wolf. Crikey.

when you quote yr post you can still see the proper urls.

i assume the boards software only lets the first 50 or so 'clickthru' to them , before changing it, so this site doesnt get badmarked/blacklisted/hated or its a bug or summert else altogether.
