Yeah - go on then - wouldn't be rugby without the odd punch up.

second half... was that the same team?? how come in the first half our pack is under the cosh - second half we totally dominate their front row and rout them at the breakdown?

also - Wilko - legend (and all that) - BUT!!! attempted drop goals after only one or two phases when we have the backs the run scotland ragged??? what were you thinking???

I'm in the "pretend Jonny's arm is bad and start Flood" camp....

however - all the guff about brave battling scots leaving with their pride intact... BOLLOX! - the longer they accept that - the longer they will go with little international success...

If England had crashed out losing two out of four - and losing today in the way the scots did - it would NOT have been described as a brave and battling performance - we'd have been slaughtered in the press for our lack of lustre!

the scots don't score tries!!! in the days when we used to win purely on kicking skills we were castigated for being boring and unadventurous!!! the scots do it - game after game - a penalty here... a drop goal there and they are battling heroes??? do me a favour!!

Wilko out!!

Agree with this. Not really into rugby but I found it interesting to watch ITV tie themselves in all sorts of knot so as not to upset Scottish viewers. They were plucky we were lucky bollox. We won AND beat our biggest rivals can some of us not be happy about that?

A win's a win, and the points, although rugby-wise I'd hardly call Scotland our biggest rivals (in this group maybe). Later, nobody remembers how, just who won. We did so that'll do.

I'm fine with the jocks thinking they're not allowed to win. Long may it continue.

Hmm. Could be a bit of a problem Bish. " Thou shalt not covet thy neighbours wife" followed by a fist-pumping "Yeah, get in there", might not just go down too well.

Is that in one of St. John's letters to the Editor ??
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
