Check out the posters on the thread GG. I'm nearer your age than theirs.Gooner Girl wrote:What do you mean 'WHEN'?!Gary the Enfield wrote:Happy Birthday Monty.
With obvious differences this is the type of attitude I intend to display when I 'age'

Happy Birthday Monty!
I think it's like anything. the more you get used to the concept, the quicker it goes. Or the more you understand the faster it goes. I used to think that Kings Dominion was ages away from my house. It seemed like that car ride was half as long as a trip to Florida.
When I was older and drove myself? I realized it was 40 minutes away and easy peasy.
I am 35 and the years have gone quicker from 29 on I assure you.

I'm a bit late, Monty. My intent was to be a churlish old codger as advancing age holds no particular attraction for this lump of meat, bone and gristle. So, MHR, old man.

That's true but God knows if I'll have an internet connection tomorrow - we just got the last room in Medicine Hat last night. Turns out to be stampede week - who knew Medicine Hat had a stampede?Gooner Girl wrote:I believe he starts drawing his pension tomorrow. You;re a day early boys...
