Re: creeeeeeeekeeeeeet
Bit shit really ain't it....
Our batting has been an achilies heel for quite a while though so I always expect something like that to happen at least once a series... Just need the bowler to come to the rescue as normal. Unfortunately when the selectors ignore Panesar for Patel in India... welll it makes it all the more difficult...
You really have to make a place for Monty in the East. He may drop a couple but then again so will the Indian fielders...

Clarke is supposidly hated from what i have heard and always has been for a lould mouthed bas***d, hje is also a massive crybaby everytime he scores a double century tears come out non the less he is probably better than any of our batsman. on a side note i think are test match in India will be over by end of day 4 way things are going

Looking a whole lot better at the minute.
Good knocks by Cookie and KP.
Given they're behind and fer five not sure I'd want to be chasing very many in the 4th innings.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Yep, it was bafflingly bone-headed.BWFC_Insane wrote:Goes to show how shit our selection was for the first test......
Great to see Monty get a 10-fer and him and Swann finally firing together in the same match.
Re: creeeeeeeekeeeeeet
how on earth S.A held on for a draw in the second test is a miracle. I think they will almost certainly do it all again in the final test

Faf du Plessis, bwfcdan94. Certainly he was ably supported by some of the lower order but I was impressed by his ability to curb his natural impulse to clobber balls the Australian bowlers, quite deliberately in my opinion, presented to him. Rank long hops, half volleys - basically balls that were begging to be sent to the boundary - he resisted the temptation. For a young fellow in his first test he showed that he has the nous to know what is required.
I watched a little of the final day. The inability of the Australian bowlers to make an impression was a little disappointing. Mind you, I'm not sure why the 'keeper (Wade) was standing up to the stumps whilst the bowlers were whistling down deliveries of 130/140 Km/hr. Perhaps under orders from the captain. Whilst he was tidy in an over all sense, Wade did make a few serious errors. Then again, Rod Marsh was called 'Iron gloves' in his early days as 'keeper for a reason.
The third and final test at the WACA will be interesting.
