What, all of it?

Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Apparently so LK...

If I were asked to answer the following question: What is slavery? and I should answer in one word, It is murder!, my meaning would be understood at once. No extended argument would be required . . . Why, then, to this other question: What is property? may I not likewise answer, It is theft!, without the certainty of being misunderstood; the second proposition being no other than a transformation of the first?

Ah but one is understood immediately as it's a statement of fact. The other one is codswallop. Who's the aggrieved party?

bish has explained it but the humour, I confess, tends to escape me. Perhaps audition is more the mot juste but jaffka's original intent was clear with interview.

I'm just hoping that they don't revive The Dinosaurs any time soon, because they are going to be mighty pissed off with all their territory we've laid claim to. Its going to be a f*cking nightmare for the courts, and as usual, the lawyers will be the only beneficiary. Bloody typical.

If you don't have a proper experience in this field than don't waste your money by doing any thing that you feel you completely know.Because we don't have more awareness about the state laws.So you must consult with any experience law firm that will help you more in this situation according to your state laws.

You should only consider being a landlord when special forces are available to use to remove even some of the 'best referenced' cretin and scrotes! Either that or insure and burn the property down preferably with them in it!!!
Landlords are not charities they are businessmen, if someone’s circumstances change it isn’t the fault of the landlord who needs to maximise is assets so why expect to live on the cheep and be backed by stupid laws. It is my property, you don’t pay or follow the rules you are out feckin’ pronto never mind feckin’ rights and legal fees.
Enjoy a bit of surplus readies at this time it’s worth next to feck all anywhere else!
