Illegal feed from Froome there, surely?! Should get nobbled for that.

Looked ropey has hell and with two mountain stages to come can see Quintana doing him a bit.

Riblon awwww :)

He will be fine. It will be Porter who gets fined for that.

Great race today. Makes the podium for 2nd and 3rd look a toss up. First time I've ever seen Froome really struggle. Go Quintana. Hopes he gets his podium finish.

That Quintana looks like a mountain goat. He's f*cking immense. It'll be interesting to see what he's got left in the tank, and what Sky's tactics will be over the next couple of days.- hope Froome holds on, but the Columbian young'un might just make it a bit tighter than he'd have thought after Ventoux.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

It might just be me but in my mind mountain goats are associated with nimble. You know if you play that word association game and somebody throws you a mountain goat, immense would be about last on the list of responses:

War.... peace
dog.... bark
night... dark
poison... cider
mountain goat... errrr

He's not lost much time and him struggling a bit may stop the drug questions for about 10 minutes, so not a bad day...

still a toughie today. Two hors climbs to begin with before some other toughies late on. Could be good for an early breakaway
