What are you playing tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Oh dear. Have you a demonstration of music played by a 12 year old? Can you actually play a musical instrument? Do you know what the feck you're on about? You think Coldplay are good, yes? Does the term 'Rock and Roll' mean anything to you? :D
Of course I know what I'm on about. It's my opinion on music. Who else will know? :)

Busted on the musical instrument  I have an acoustic guitar and a banjo both gathering dust in the man cave. Reckon I could have played a mean triangle though!

Completely and utterly obsessed with Tom Waits at the moment. 11 albums in now and I love all of them.

Been into TW for quite a while. Always differs, never disappoints. If you're enjoying TW, you may like a song by Green on Red entitled 'Tenderloin' from 'Here Come The Snakes'. A TW type story set to a cool tune. A favourite of mine since the eighties.......

He's one of those where I can't quite believe how consistently good he is.

I will definitely check that out, cheers for the tip.

#bollocktinglymindblowin'

(you can always miss out Janis and go straight to the guitar at 4:42. It'd be criminal to do so mind).

Gone back in time to 1935 and the legendary Leadbelly with "You can't lose me Charlie"

followed by Kanui and Lula, who are equally as obscure as Leadbelly is legendary.
If you've always wondered what 1922 Hawaiian scat blues with acoustic slide guitar and ukulele sounds like, wonder no more:
Tomi Tomi followed by Oua Oua

and here's Oua Oua sampled and updated by a bunch of Aussies...
