Don't they use a fair amount of chocolate in Mexican cooking? Proper cooking not fajitas and nachos :mrgreen:

Yes they do. Grated chocolate on con carne IIRC. (don't do what my old mate did and put sugar on chilli con carne, it's atrocious)

A pinch of sugar into a chilli con carne sauce works wonders.

Really? Fair play. However, I consider myself fortunate in that my work takes me to Antwerp(en) a few times a year whereby a strict diet of twice fried chips (with mayo), beautiful chocolate and the finest beers on the planet is adhered to.
Been across a few time to Antwerp on business myself, there's a lovely little cafe by the sea port, which sells these huge wedge chips with a garlic and honey Mayo, It's just ace!

I also prefer English chocolate for what it's worth

It was actually chocolate drops for hamsters, but I believe it's all the same.

Funnily enough my dog won't touch dog chocolate............seems he has more sense than me!
