 I'll plead guilty to tree hugger, do-gooder and bleeding heart. I'm too old to be politically correct and I leave holier than thou to men of the cloth (you know who I mean  ). You would not, I'm afraid William, catch me assaulting a police officer (I got over that in the 1960s when I could still run fast) or lighting candles.

See, I knew I had "do gooder" in me.

Last time I saw someone chopping down a tree, it incensed me so much, I couldn't stop myself picking up one of the thicker branches and tw@tting him round the head with it until he stopped moving.

Does this make me a bit of a wet liberal, as it was a tree I was defending?

You're admitted to the honoured ranks only if the dirty tree cutter was an unarmed, cherub-faced police officer, who never hurt a living thing in his life before that tree he was ordered to cut down against his will.

And like really miserable books and foreign films.

Otherwise, do-badder you do remain...

I was doing so well, until I got to "miserable books and foreign films"

Can't be doing with most foreign films - especially them really crap ones that come out of the US.

Edit: I do have somewhat of a dilemma at the moment - for the first time in my life, I've just found something I've agreed with Shami Chakrabati on...I need to find my pills.

Edit 2: Whew, second time she opens her gob, I disagree with her again....put them pills away.

I've forgot now - t'was on question time - think she was arguing against tuition fees.

But then she recovered to her normal self by agreeing that murderers and rapists should be able to vote.

Fkin vote???? The former shouldn't be allowed to breathe.

Ahh, just watched now, I imagine it was the bit where she said the people who enjoyed the benefits of free university education shouldn't be able to now kick the ladder away and expect the next generation to pay for it?

Unsurprisingly I agreed with a lot of what she said, and actually thought she was very charming, which isn't normally something she seems particularly bothered about. I was very shocked to find that EU cnut talking sense on control orders and something else too which I forget. That Lib Dem guy is a tosser, Jack Straw has never answered a question straightly, I think, ever, and David Davis is that thoroughly disturbing breed- a Tory I don't just think is all right, but actively like and admire. That looks wrong on the page.

The "EU cnut" is Jon Gaunt - he's a completly useless tw@t.

His one redeeming quality is that he's a completely useless cnut.

Pray do tell dear boy whose letter box these poor people have peed through to be on this thread? Even Jack is innocent, even if a little stupid (well he is part of the Red labour machine) till he's stitched up!
