TW Members. Introspection on an Epic scale.

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Compared to most football fan forums this is a positive haven. Where else can you find such a wealth of topics as The Pope, world politics and economics, Australian amateur radio stations, pitch-forks and bedsheets, music, food and Lion bars down toilets?

Oh, and then there's Dan....

It's a nice forum. Good mix of everything really.

There are a few cliques, but you know, it's the internet and that. And anyway there are loads other posters who couldn't give a toss about thebish's and bwfci's special playtimes.

Some posters annoy me sometimes. But then again everyone will annoy everyone else at some point. Not a big deal.

It can also be very helpful for a variety of reasons, somethnig I know from personal experience.

All in all, it's a good forum.

Shame all this nice stuff gets spoiled by Bolton pissing Wanderers.

Just think I could of supported any team and joined and forum but I chose The Wanderer aren't you all lucky. I think it is great we have such a mix of people on here in terms of age, character and location.

Do not forget the cricket thread, I love winding the Aussie's up on that cricket thread.

Really, Dan? You had best hone your 'winding up' skills then.

Incidentally, Dan, I am not Australian. You might not be aware of it so I shall repeat what I've said before: I was raised in the Bolton area (Harwood) but have lived in Australia since mid 1955. When it comes to the Ashes series I am strictly neutral. :pissed:

Fair enough, I think I was using the wrong words to describe my dealings in the cricket thread, it is more I like

1. Talking about cricket
2. Finding out from somebody living in Aus. such as yourself what is going on in the world of Australian cricket
3. Quietly basking in our test sides glory just as many of the other members do

You are perfectly entitled to do so, Dan.

He's around, fear not. Probably busy relocating in his job but he'll be hovering about.

His new job may prevent internet access.

It does indeedy Monty. I'm far too busy and professional these days to spend hours at a time tossing it off on here. Mind I've been reading through on my phone on my lunch break, which basically means I just delete the 700 kitchen adverts and feel endless sadness at the fact we still don't have a proper transfer gossip thread yet.
