Too much Cider will make you do that sort of thing.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

.... God. Or the weather. Or the weather gods.
Basically whomsoever is to blame! I took the afternoon off on the strict understanding that it would be sunny, sonny.
Me and the dog are picking icicles out of our beer - which might be alright if it were cider - but it's not... and I've got goosebumps on top of goosebumps under my polka dot bikini. I blame Crazy Hoss for encouraging me to come out.

It really does make my blood boil. They are doing the same to the probation, police and fire Services at the moment. In the not too distant future we'll be as corrupt as Italy, & people will wonder why...............MP's are supposed to above this aren't they? With their ethical & moral codes.....Fvcking crooks the vast majority of them. Why serve people when we can fleece 'em and line our pockets? B*stards.

Shortly, I think a 4 Lb lump hammer is going to go flying over trees at the back, in the general direction of the fcuker that spent 12 hours yesterday, drilling, sawing and hammering and has decided to (hopefully) finish the job off today. Have a couple of days off and do it midweek, fcking nuisance.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
got the garden shredder out and shredded a huge pile of tree-loppings and bush-massacrings - the equivalent size of the New Forest.. wanged all the shreddings in the chicken run - then got out my extremely noisy circular saw and chopped up the thick trunks and thicker branches into logs to be dried for winter burning in the chiminea... all the while with r5 blaring out the speculation about what Jose fecking mourinho MIGHT say at his press conference... got a bit burnt in the sun...
THEN.. some chancer has only gone and wanged a lump-hammer over the hedge at me!!!

Monday is wash day according to our neighbours. They get upset if we have a barbeque on a bank holiday.bobo the clown wrote:You could at least have started a garden fire as well ... always good on "a washing day" I find.thebish wrote:got the garden shredder out and shredded a huge pile of tree-loppings and bush-massacrings - the equivalent size of the New Forest.. wanged all the shreddings in the chicken run - then got out my extremely noisy circular saw and chopped up the thick trunks and thicker branches into logs to be dried for winter burning in the chiminea... all the while with r5 blaring out the speculation about what Jose fecking mourinho MIGHT say at his press conference... got a bit burnt in the sun...

(it was left behind by the previous occupants - i have never successfully lit it yet!! but I live in hope of that mythical balmy crisp autumn evening sipping wine outside with the warm glow of the chiminea!
(of course - what WILL happen is that the logs will get wet and rot and be no fecking good for anything!)
