No, GG. If he has any sense whatsoever he'll remove rounders and netball from the sporting curriculum and replace them with french cricket.

French cricket? Is that quick cricket by any chance? I don't think the French are much of a cricket nation.Dujon wrote:No, GG. If he has any sense whatsoever he'll remove rounders and netball from the sporting curriculum and replace them with french cricket.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Lads don't want equality with girls, it's the other way round. They don't want to play anything but football or cricket. Take your pick.

Just sad.
Molly, a little female Jack Russell, owned by a neighbour and his wife, who I see out walking her almost every day, has had to be put down. She was 17, a long age for a dog, and past it all unfortunately. Quiet, harmles little dog. They're both gutted.

Probably quite normal, but when I asked the wife where my mustard jar was, she said, "In the fridge". For some reason it made me laugh.

It's almost but not quite like Only Connect. What have these four got in common?
East Kent
Bexhill-on-Sea
Dundee
Leicester
The answer is they are all potential winners of UK City of Culture 2017. Well you could knock me down with a feather.

Don't know much about Leicester but the other three (I presume East Kent means Margate etc.) have invested significantly in the arts recently in (so far successful) bids to regenerate themselves.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: East Kent
