Stoolball (without stools on the head ) is more played in secondary schools and clubs. Its a cracking game, don't diss it!

Don't know much about Leicester but the other three (I presume East Kent means Margate etc.) have invested significantly in the arts recently in (so far successful) bids to regenerate themselves.
