dunno if thats the same as yours , but on the film it seems to cut out what theyve done and when it cuts back, theyre just guessing " pour half in that one".

Given I might have been a little hasty and at a loose end for something to watch, I figured I'd give it another try. Either it's getting less funny - if that were at all possible - or I'm becoming less tolerant of unfunny crap. Lasted about 5 minutes this time. The adverts were funnier (and they were about life insurance).

Hmmmm. Lots of US humor (sic) doesn't resonate with me, to be fair - although I can watch folk like Rich Hall. I used to watch Soap until I was about 12, then it was yesterday's news. Today's Seinfeld try on Sky was this episode

Pretty sure I've never seen a second of Sinfield, but have seen way, way too little of Curb Your Enthusiasm, which I have down as being utterly brilliant. Being that Larry David's involved in both - are they similar? I'm like you, Worthy. Happy to leave most comedy from the US, but when they're funny, like Rich Hall, (or CYE) they're very funny.

Good question. I didn't really get CYE either to be honest (or Taxi). That said, it's probably had less minutes airplay than Seinfeld. The minute I see cheesy American trying too hard to roll the same punchline for 5 minutes, so the slow kids can catch up, I switch off.

I've a friend who finds him funny. I was truly gobsmacked when told as I fail to see how any could find Count Arthur Strong anything other than utter shite.
