Elvis Costello's anger-ridden break-up album Blood and Chocolate. It's a bit sixth-form as a rant in one note (often literally, in a musical sense) but there's something liberating about bilious spleen-ventings like I Hope You're Happy Now, Next Time Round and Home Is Anywhere You Hang Your Head. Kinda suits the mood.
