has anybody watched green street yet?? good film in my opinion, however because of the american influence doesn't have the cutting edge that football factory did for realism. however the storyline to green street is much better

Watched Million Dollar Baby on DVD the other day - great but ultimately sad film.
Fantastic performances from, Eastwood, Swank and Freeman.

Been a bit of a movie day today, just finished with Straw Dogs ( )

moving on to Nosferatu (the 1974 Herzog version) - interestingly, starring Bruno Ganz - 'star' of Downfall

Recent recommendations:

Oldboy - violent and disturbing Korean thriller
Sideways - two blokes on a wine tour of California, funny and poignant
Crash - not the pervy Cronenberg one, but a story of several peoples' lives crossing each other in LA, very well written and acted

Found Million Dollar Baby worthy but slow. Sin City is good, Batman - try the 1922 Nosferatu - spooky as f**k

That film is over here in my local DVD shop. Sad thing is its only "dubbed" in German.

My German is not "that" good

Crash is really good, but really strange at the same time. It's one of those films where nothing much really happens yet you are still entertained by it.

I went watching The 40 Year Old Virgin this weekend.

FUNNY

AS

FK

Everybody has got to see this as it's the funniest film in a long time!

Had a tremendous experience today, watched The Incredibles from start to finish with the kids. If you have not seen it do. Pure class.
