What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Or it could be a ''we're putting the BAND back together'' moment.

DO YOU SEE THE LIGHT?

Jake: THE BAND!

Reverend Cleophus James: DO YOU SEE THE LIGHT?

Elwood: What light?

Reverend Cleophus James: HAVE YOU SEEEEN THE LIGHT?

Jake: YES! YES! JESUS H. TAP-DANCING CHRIST... I HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT!

Watched Sexy Beast. Have avoided it so far as the title's very misleading. Great performance by Ben Kingsley. Liked the Gibson Brothers "Cuba" ..and there was Dean Martin's "Sway" as the music.

Sorry, Tango. You've avoided watching something as the title's very misleading? How could you have possibly known that without having watched it? :conf:

Possibly, because having seen it advertised around, I thought it was a sex film?

You saw it advertised as a sex film? :conf:

Anyway, IMDB is your friend, especially for a general gist on such matters. Very handy.

Quite what your agenda is on constantly picking up on my posts is beyond me. You're either very short of something to do, can't read or just deliberately being a silly fxcker. I suspect it's a mixture of all three. Either way, it's of little consequence.

Me too, it was on the shelf between Bukakke Party III and Backdoor Angels...

I'm not watching The Postman always rings twice for the same reason. Dirty bastards, them Postmen.

Instead I'm going to watch that historical drama Caligula....

I'm attempting to engage you in debate but keep coming up against your persecution complex. I shan't bother in future. Go feck yourself. Do keep the hilarious 'paintings' coming though.

Had a Spielberg night last night. Started with the original Poltergeist, moved on to Close Encounters and finished with Jaws.

He knows how to make films, he does! Not dated at all.

We watched the remake of Poltergeist on Friday (which is what started this) and it doesn't compare with Spielberg's in the slightest. Scene for scene remake but incredibly poor by comparison.

See, once more we find you posting absolute shite. My last post in the 'Painting' thread was made on Friday 3rd January (Page 9), yet your last post in the thread (there being several of your bobbins cracks at art betwixt) was on Monday March 30th. (Page 12), some 3 months later. So, as usual, yer talking shite. ;)

Anyway, back to the subject in hand. I've had recommended to me, Zero Dark Thirty (I'm guessing that it isn't a porn flick) which is on Channel 4 at 21:00 tonight, for 3 hours and 5 minutes. Anyone seen it? Is it worth 3 hours and 5 minutes?

Oh. believe me, I'm not. The stuff after your January post was all about the BBC Paint Challenge and had some interest on here. When it ended, I had no further interest in going back to your previous vindictive mischief on the Paint Thread. As I said, I haven't posted there since. Your snidey comments as in my "bobbins cracks at art" and "hilarious paintings" made just today, show me what to expect, so I'm sure you'll understand why I won't bother any further.

Apologies to the others for going off track.

Cheers, Clapton. I've set it to record and will watch it during the week.

Sorry Bruce. I know we're friends IRL but I can't defend you here. TD gave his imo perfectly acceptable reason for not having watched the film. You have responded by attempting to ridicule his explanation and been particularly rude to a bloke who is 75 years old ffs! Apols if i'm wrong on that TD.

With the greatest of respect, how would you feel if someone had spoken like that to one of your parents? Whether it be in person, or on a forum from which they clearly get a lot of enjoyment.

We're all different, so let's live and let live!
