To make a claim? I have seen video's on Youtube from Russia but I haven't heard anything from over here. I hope you reversed back over him.

Who is Justin Welsby?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Tonight's installment includes:
Ungritted pavements
F*cking Refuse Technicians who manage to engineer distributing the bulk of my fecking recycled shit into various small mammals' and scattered birds' homes instead of the back of the recycling shitwagon where it belongs.
Counterfeit pound coins in my change.
Tw*ts who hand over counterfeit coins and then refuse to take them back even when it's pointed out that they've just given one to me.

I've managed to return seven of the best ten months figures my lot have had in over ten years (verified by the independent auditor), and the response? I'm receiving too much bonus (100% of what's on offer up to now), so we'll change the parameters under which it is calculated. Certain people have to do something to justify their jobs existing I suppose.

This morning, I rang United Utilities to sort out the water rates for my tenant. The following conversation took place after I sorted the previous tenant's bill out and had registered the new tenant's name:

BB - Can you tell me the number on the water meter so I give you the reading from the right one
UU- No, sorry sir, I cant discuss this account with you
BB - Er, why?
UU- Well the account isn't in your name
BB - Yes, but you have just changed it for me and as you know, I own the house
UU - But you aren't the account holder now, so I can't discuss it with you
BB- But that's what you've done for the past ten minutes
UU- Ah, (Sounding triumphant) well that was when you were the account holder
BB - No, I wasn't, it was my old tenant
UU- In that case, I can't discuss it with you at all.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!
Uma mesa para um, faz favor. Obrigado.

Some dickhead of an MP has generated headlines over the last three days purely to get exposure in the National Meedja, and boy has she done that.
"Families Bury Loved Ones In The Garden" being typical - on BBC, in the Times, Gruniad etc.
Trouble is they haven't and they shouldn't... but that ain't stopped the subeditors.

Next thing, some Chav f*ck will actually do it, and then wonder why he's been prosecuted and the target of new headlines!

you say "shouldn't"... it is, of course entirely legal to bury someone in your back garden as long as the permission of the person who owns the land where the burial is to take place is obtained and legal requirements regarding the location and depth of the grave are met.

(it might not help with the resale value of your house, though!)
