Haven't seen it, but any chance you mean Cillian Murphy, if not this Ciarran needs to get himself an IMDB page!TANGODANCER wrote:Do stick with it, L.E. One of the best British drama series ever. The English godfather. Ciarran Williams does a brilliant job amongst a great cast.

Dug out Highlander last night for a re-watch. I'll probably watch Highlander II tonight.
( One for Monty, Eilean Donan Castle that I did a painting of a while back, was used for quite a bit of the filming for Highlander. Tide must have been right out when they filmed because there was no water at all under the bridge arches)

Been a bit disappointed with Peaky Blinders this series. Reckon they've got a bit ahead of themselves with this Russian storyline and the dialogue is getting increasingly far fetched

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Top Gear on I player, just to make my own mind up. Evans trying too hard to be JC, sadly, and shouting a lot. Ok for background noise but not really worth watching.

Was it ever? I imagine it to be no different now that it was back then. A bunch of self-important wankers jollying it up at the expense of the licence payer.Bijou Bob wrote:Top Gear on I player, just to make my own mind up. Was it really at the expense of the licence payer though? I imagine it brought in more money (and may still do) from overseas deals than it cost to produce which could then be put into good stuff like BBC 4 documentaries.Bruce Rioja wrote:Was it ever?
