Finally my broken weather station has been repaired/replaced. Whoopydo!

It's all under test at the moment, sans anemometer and rain gauge, until I'm satisfied that it talks the computer in manner polite.

Ee 'eck I in't 'alf pleased. :D

Ours doesn't like being called 'dishwasher', says it's degrading.

And if I told you lot I 'meanly stacked her', I'd be for it!

I once bought a dishwasher from Mark King, of Level 42 fame. Very good it was to.

Did they do the "money for nothing" song? A microwave oven from them would get bonus celebrity points, surely.

Not so much apart from Fab still fighting. Can't concentrate on anything fully. Wife understands the gravity of it all but in a general way. Me, I don't knowwhere I am. Horrible feeling.

Yesterday I was made to smile - stood on one of the tees at a Dublin golf course ahead of playing a long, narrow and curving par 5 hole, I asked a local chap if he'd any pointers as to how best play the hole. His response of "Oi, just give it a feckin' tump" wasnt quite what I was expecting :D

May I suggest you ask the same chap about these computers you fit to your running shoes ?

Now THAT will be an answer I'd like to hear.

this made me laugh..

my eldest has been for interview for an internship today with a big oil technology company...

the missus phoned him to see when he was likely to get home...

he picked up the phone..

"where are you" she asked

"I'm upstairs!" 8)
