Just watched a film called Abduction. There's a reason why American action films do precious little for me and I've just remembered what it is!

Not even watched the first series yet. I can never keep up with shows.

Watched the latest GoT though. Lady Mormont is the most badass 10 year old girl going.

haha yes, this series of GOT is so much fun! difficult to discuss without spoilers tho...

i recommend Gomorrah. its loosely based on the film of the same name a few years back, bleak violent dark italian criminal underworld. dont want to say mafia because its a million miles from the glamorous john gotti types, its brutal!

I saw the film and loved it so I bet it's my kind of thing. I'll just add it to the ever expanding list of 'must watch' shows.

Got to watch Dad's Army, the film, last night. Very strong cast with Toby Jones, Catherine Zeta Jones, Sarah Lancashire and Alison Steadman amongst other.Harmless but only mildly funny compard to the T.V series. A decent attempt but not sure why they made it. For me it can never live with the original either in plot or characters.

Quite enjoyed BBC2's Mum so far. Not perfect but there aren't too many comedies that make me laugh.

Peaky Blinder night tonight. Like it lot, but not sure where it's going right now. It's gone from mafia style brutality via 39 Steps and Russian roulette to more plots than Emmerdale.

Agree with that TD. Just watched the penultimate episode and it felt back on track after a series that's up to then hadn't lived up to the previous two

Aye, still the best thing on TV right now H.G. Arthur getting religion made me laugh. :D
Apart from sport and the news, that and The Musketeers are about all I follow regularly, telly wise.

Truth be told I'm more than quite enjoying it. I think I'll be a bit miffed when it finishes next week.

The Nice Guys. I'm not a Russell Crowe fan, so let's see how it pans out.

I've video taped it because it has Lesley Manville in it. I'll start watching it sometime soon. :)

People keep recommending this to me. Forgot that iPlayer has time limits on things so couldn't watch the first. Watched 2 tonight. Looks like the successor to detectoristsi was looking for. Enjoyed so far.
