Take a look at your tagline..........
Ah well, there goes the deadline. Cheers, Enfield - I think I will!

I hate Euston station. Gotta be the worst in London? Awful place when you are a bit early. The virgin lounge is like a dentist waiting room, if the dentist was free and nurse gave handjobs during your root canal, all these sweaty suits crammed on top of each other and all the swag completely pillaged. Go outside you feel like a care bear on a filthy cloud of fag smoke. All bar one? All bar wank! Never anywhere to sit. Nandos is queing out the door. Not even a book shop to wander round... Add to that the steady stream of hyper scallies from Liverpool and Manchester down for the weekend at Angus steakhouse....There's eff all near by either, apart from one pub which is a winos shithole.

I hate it too - at least the trains are about every 20 minutes, so never long to wait...General Mannerheim wrote:I hate Euston station. Gotta be the worst in London? British Library is 5 minutes walk from there. Serene haven and worth a half hour wander.
Two streets over is Tavistock Square which is lovely to sit in and barely any noise from Euston Road. There are a host of things to do within 10 minutes walk from Euston. Go to Goodge Street for some decent food at a decent price.
You can't ever be bored in a city that's nearly 2,000 years old!

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
Just spotted this update...the bstards managed to do this to me on a two week holiday. As it became clear they had the case on day two, I just went out and bought what I needed (including cab fares to the shops, time taken out of my holiday to do the shopping etc.) And sent them the full bill at the end.Bruce Rioja wrote:The wankers handling my lost luggage, who insist that they have it, said it'll be delivered to the hotel that I've just pitched up at between 1:00 and 6:00. 1 hr and 10 mins left. They argued the price was limited under the Montreal Convention.
I argued the Montreal Convention didn't apply as the baggage wasn't lost - look here's the record of you telling me you have the thing.
They coughed up.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

It's never that simple. Why is that woman devoid of empathy? Why doesn't she appreciate the consequences of her actions? Look deeply enough and I'm almost certain you'll find she has also been a victim in the past. That doesn't excuse her actions, but it might go some way to explaining them. I think you can rest assured that she will receive some fairly brutal treatment in prison, doled out by other damaged individuals who also have no empathy as a result if their own issues and personal histories.Hoboh wrote:http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015 ... te-lighter

In calling for the same to happen to her, I'm wondering why you also have no empathy and what that might tell you about yourself if you chose to reflect on it.

Empathy? So all the clowns fleeing to join ISIS are poor misunderstood people who really are victims?
FFS why not just admit some people are not fit to be a part of society, this modern blame game, not my fault guv is wearing a bit thin now, why the increase in scrotes over the last few decades or was it all Thatcher's fault?
Re: Today I'm angry about.....
As usual, you conflate several unconnected issues to make no point whatsoever. Who mentioned Isis??! Seeing as you've brought it up though, why do you think so many young people are so disenfranchised from UK society that they choose to travel to a war zone? I look forward to your enlightening reply.
You do seem to have missed my main point, which is that your ranting, unempathetic responses to Daily Heil articles, puts you on not a disimilar mental footing to those who commit the offences you are so shocked by.

Oh dear, because I don't swallow the 'it's always because of someone else or because I was unloved' bullshit, lock stock and barrel, I'm on a similar mental footing?
It's idiots with ideas like yours that started all this crap in the first place, finding excuses for everything, disenfranchised? ask the parents who brought them up to hate everything western because Mo wouldn't approve.
Re: Today I'm angry about.....
No, you're on a similar footing because whilst on the one hand, you call for action against those joining Isis, on the other you call for a violent end to someone you don't know, haven't met and about whom you know nothing apart from an article in a discredited rag of a newspaper. You fail to see the irony of this ie you're no different in your ideas of justice to the mullahs controlling Isis and murdering those who offend their sensibilities.

What's your answer, get the mullahs to pore out their pain, confront their demons and become decent normal folk? Works a treat does that.
How many mentally ill patients are ever cured?
How many go on to further breakdowns or flip and become dangerous to society?
Therapy works only for the mildly affected not scrotes like the woman in the article, nor mad mullahs and their followers or should we despatch teams of therapists to confront ISIS and see how
There is no 'irony' and wet nursing all the bad and corrupt people knocking about ain't going to work, people who think like that are the real dangerous ones, the smug superior, know alls.

Don't be so pessimistic - I'm sure that somewhere there's someone who can help you...Hoboh wrote:Of course!Bijou Bob wrote:No, you're on a similar footing because whilst on the one hand, you call for action against those joining Isis, on the other you call for a violent end to someone you don't know, haven't met and about whom you know nothing apart from an article in a discredited rag of a newspaper.
