That's better.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

And then order an HR consultant to discuss issues around staff stealing from others.

It's all a ruse.

We have to order through Central Office, which is in Newcastle.
We usually have spares, but the last one he gave out, yesterday.
We can't buy our own - or rather we could, but would not be allowed to claim ir back as the proper authorisation would not have been secured prior to it being bought.
I can hardly nick one now that IT are aware I'm Y less.
Anyway, I've got my phone and I can hit Yyyyyyyyy as many times as Y want.

And should your man not have re-ordered earlier so as not to be left keyboardless? I'd say that you're well within your rights to nick his. Teach him a lesson vis inventory control. ;)

Tut, tut, fckg tut. (shakes head, in slow desperation).

There HAS to be someone off sick, on holiday or otherwise indisposed.

C'mon man ... enterprise, think about it !!

You are probably correct. Unfortunately he's one of the very few with a lockable office... And he uses his key. He knows what the rest of us are like.

Nope, just an empty desk. I've binned my old one, so there's no connection to the crime. Heehe.

I know, what can I say? But, I've got away with it so far. Unfortunately, Phil, the IT guy, is back tomorrow and when someone from software says he's missing a keyboard, I fear much 1+1ing and questions. :hang:
