What are you eating and drinking tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Just returned from that there London where I had a very enjoyable lunch with Mrs Zulu and six other people at The Ivy. Not the sort of thing we do on a regular basis but I can report that the nosebag served up was very very good.

I wish I could afford to live like that. There is no evidence of a recession in WC2, by the way.

nahh... that's bollox too! it tastes fine!

in 2008 a blind-tasting of 10 regional tap waters (plus a bottled mineral water thrown in for good measure) produced the following table:

1. Severn Trent Water
2. Anglian Water
3. Thames Water
4. Dwr Cymru Welsh Water
5. Southern Water
6. Scottish Water
7. South West Water
8. Yorkshire Water
9. United Utilities
10. Wessex Water

(The mystery mineral water came in ahead of Yorkshire Water in 8th place.)
Thats complete bollox.

In a 2005 non-blind tasting of London water, LK thought the shittest tasting water was:

1) London Water

No. But we came joint second in the pub quiz and won a bottle of South African red, so cannot complain really.

One of my closest friends came to dinner tonight and he bought pudding with him. Chocolate brownie dessert. Image

I think i may have OD'd the sweetness by adding caramel sauce though...

Proper controversial like, but I reckon the tap water in god's own smells of chlorine too much.

I feel slightly dirty admitting that the water in North Yorkshire, Scotland and the Lakes all taste better.

Naaah... Bolton water is really good...

I only realised this after living in Bristol... which is even more repellent than London (and that is difficult)...

Almost always have a glass of water with Sunday lunch/tea. Let it run for a little and fill the glass nice and slow. Does it for me.

Don't we get it from the Lake District or somewhere? Used to, I know.
