Pards reckons they'll be competing with Europes elite now.
He's avin a giraffe. He's bought two decent prospects, who could very well turn out to be worldbeaters, but are far from the finished article. And they're now being overrhyped to the point of abject insanity.
It'll take them 6 months atleast to settle in, they may show a few touches of brilliance and then it'll be the end of the season. They'll go off to Chelsea and that'll be that.

Tevez vs Faye = Argentinian to be scraped off our pitch with a spatula and Abdoulaye reaping another soul!TANGODANCER wrote:Good afternoon gents. My name is Abdoulaye Faye and this is my mate Meite.Tombwfc wrote:Pards reckons they'll be competing with Europes elite now.

Heinze is the epitome of footballing defensive commitment.
the official WHamsite tries to gloss over the fact that nothing about this deal is legit in any normal way football transfers are completed, MSI still own the rights to the players, they've just taken them from Corinthians (my dad's wife won't be happy) and given them to WHU for the time being.
i reckon it got to the stage where they needed a club in Europe to go to as they were both tired of playing in Brazil and their owners were tired of them being held back in Brazil. West Ham is a fairly good shop window for them as their first step into European football. i don't agree with it in any way shape or form, but they'll be on their way soon enough to their bigger and better things, be it in England or Spain.
they don't want what happened to Riquelme and Saviola at Barca to happen with these two. whoever 'they' are.
and if i was a WHU fan i really wouldn't be happy as larry, because i think they're being used.

it says a lot that even the Wham fans are fretting over this. This is serious bung territory, or at least dodgy dealings. Worse for the East London lot is that the transfer sticks out like a sore thumb from others made yesterday
whilst i am jealous that wham have got two class players, i am pleased that BWFC have stayed a mile away from a deal such as this

Yet, if we were honest, BWFC would probably have grabbed the deal if it had been available to them.hisroyalgingerness wrote:it says a lot that even the Wham fans are fretting over this. aye well they would only have got their services and wouldn't have been buying the players as with others would they? MSI would have wanted to retain their control and then perhaps take a stake in the club.CAPSLOCK wrote:ODDLY, CHELSEA, UNITED AND ARSENAL WERE OFFERED THE PLAYERS

Can't see Wham's lawyers and the ..er.."business consortium" having left any legal loopholes to trip them up. Consoiracy of this level could class as Juventes II. The "undisclosed" bit smacks of "mind your own business" to me. Distinct smell of Bolton fishmarket though.

Quel surpris
from the Beeb.
West Ham are having "exploratory discussions" over a possible takeover.
The move comes hot on the heels of the club luring Argentine pair Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano to the club.
"Discussions are at an early stage and there can be no certainty that an offer for West Ham will be forthcoming," said a club statement to the Stock Exchange.
"The board also confirms that there is no contractual link between the signing of the players (Tevez and Mascherano) and the bid discussions."
