I have to say that I am well jel as this week I've actually managed to put weight ON! :(
You may wind up healthier, though, as you are exercising... I'm not - so I will just become a feeble skinny weakling whose trousers are way too big!

last couple of days - yes, two days running! - have added some exercise and been out in my sea-kayak - yesterday, down at my mum's in Keyhaven (bit choppy, grey day around keyhaven harbour and around the nature reserve salt-marsh channels...) - today - back home - little trek up to Anstey's Cove - which SHOULD now only be accessible via the sea since there were a load of rockfalls (this doesn't stop parents clambering over the rockfalls (more could come down any moment) with little kids in order to access the beach... )

anyway - a glorious afternoon - and about 300 calories burned I reckon! not a Brucey-sized session - but enough to allow me a trip to the chippie this evening! :D

Modest but solid loss this week of exactly 1lb

measured hips/waist and neck, though (which I don't do every week) - and have lost 5cm from the hips, 6cm from the waist and 1cm from my neck...

(I'm not entirely sure if I have measured in exactly the same place, though - "hip" and "waist" seem quite vague terms to me! So - am going to tattoo a couple of dotted lines around myself to ensure consistency!)

1 Kg (2.2lbs) for me. A step in the right direction anyway. :)

Oh don't get me wrong, I normally have more than that in just two pieces of fruit alone. Just haven't been hungry today at all, so that's made up by a small ham salad at lunch and 6 cups of tea.

Nope, even centimetres seems quite a lot. You don't need to lose that much!

Ah, I forgot to add a yogurt on to yesterday.

Today will be more of a test as (a) I'm hungry (b) It's a colleague's birthday so the fridge is full of cream cakes, and (c) Two other colleagues have today returned from holiday so as is tradition here have each brought in their bodyweights in foreign butter-based and chocolate biscuits. :?

No one's going to believe me when I tell them that I'm enjoying my apple and my clementine equally as much as I might a jam and fresh cream scone. Least of all me! :|

Cheers Bish, you too. Week 4 on C25K this week which as I recall is something of a step up.
