Have to agree with Aliona, gorgeous. Natalie is my favourite but she's injured. Bad thing is when she recovers Aliona's out. Bad casting. As for the show, good start by all of them. The women were spot on and the men didn't do bad either. Mark, the tubby lad put over a great comic tango in a Zorro mask. They all did well.

Can hardly wait to spend some more quality time with Mrs H tomorrow evening. She loves strictly and so do I. Probably for the same reasons, though we'd never admit it to each other. Maybe we need to see a therapist?

Well, I don't know much about dancing but my parents had this on when I was up at theirs. Whatsername off of Dragon's Den appeared to me to be running in a bid to keep up with the bloke she was with rather than dancing, and Vanessa Feltz didn't do anything that I wouldn't expect to see an embarrassing aunt to do at a wedding.

Not sure what they were describing saying Vanessa Feltz had a yearning emotional quality. To me she looked about as emotional as seeing the last cream cake get snatched just before she
got to the display cabinet at Asda. Sorry, her and that Julian fella just irritate.

Tony J's a goner for sure becasue he'll have no fans to save him. One or two really decent ones tonight with Sophie Ellis right up there. Liked the Corrie girl and Susanana whatsit's effort too.

Luke Goss from Bros as the guest spot. Surprisingly decent performance. Tony J was always going, next should be Vanessa then the Julian chap. Aliona gone is a real choker. It's never any use as a dance contest till the last four weeks or so. I just sit back and enjoy it.

Sorry Bob, but I remarked at the time to Mrs H how nobody looks nice with knee length white socks and she agreed. Each to his/her own.
