What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Did anyone see that 'Spartacus - Blood & Sand' as featured on that show a few weeks back, and more recently in one of his columns in the guardian?

Bravo, Tuesdays @ 10pm - just watched it now on plus.

Hell fire!

cant quite decide if its utter shit or brilliant, ie. the CGI graphics are blatantly obvious, and some if the dialogue is shocking. but it could be part of the plan, to give it a comic edge perhaps? time will tell - either way its certainly has me hooked!

Got a fair mention on here for how brilliantly shite it looked. I'll be checking it out. Gotta be better than Britain's got the pop factor et al.

The tenth & final part of The Pacific last night.

The final few were not as good as the initial 3 or 4 episodes (still brilliant mind!) but was back to it's best for the climax!

Had me fighting back the tears a good few times, those handshakes between a father and the son returning from four years at war, or lack of love in Leckie's case - really got me going, almost.

Absolutely superb overall tho and can't wait for the DVD!

Next in my revisited series, the best of the lot:

Monkey Dust. So, so good. So weird, yet so incisive, and so, so good.

Me too, but I think cos it was subbed, I may have missed some of the humour

You know, when the soldier one says, 'i'll get court martialled'

I wasn't sure if she was joking or in fear of her life

It absolutely flew by and I'd happily let my kids watch it!

I saw Offside too - and enjoyed it also. You get a real feel for the events going on whilst being totally focused on the characters.

Was on the train south the other day and I watched the first 2 series’ of ‘The Thick of it’

Jeez, why do I always miss these gems first time round!? Few genuine LOL’s earned me some funny looks from other passengers!

Brilliant!

Watching Spartacus now. More hammy than a leg of ham in a Matteson's factory. Dialogue more stilted than a load of really tall people at a circus. More tits than a match at the Emirates. As subtle as a brick. Brazen. Compelling.

Tonight, after a week building myself up to the event, I'm watching England V USA in the World Cup.

Oh wait. No I'm not - I'm a week early.

Bastage.

I'm torn between the lascivious voyeurism on offer by Panorama (to the detrement of our near, dear neighbours) or wallow in self pity watching Paxman wade into little Gergie Porgies plans for taking us back to the stone age. Hmmm. Lets all laugh at United, we're all doomed anyway.
