What are you eating and drinking tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Whats the wine Bruce?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

If it goes wrong, and lets be absolutely clear here, it'll be all your fault.

Ok?

But if you've any dripping or lard about, stick that in the cake tin. And make sure you use lashings of it. A good yoksha needs barrel loads of animal fat. Here endeth the lesson.

Needs some taters!
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

:D to be fair, your recipe is vaguer and has more potential to go wrong then the others, but my yorkies are in the oven now. Lard went in the tin and I looked up whisking to 'ribbons' and even got out my hand mixer so I'm cautiously optimistic, even if I did just fling in egg, flour and milk randomly with no idea of quantities...

C'est mon favorite, LK. The Portuguese one that I get from Naked Wines. Hope you can open this -

http://www.nakedwines.com/wines/montaria-2010.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The 2008 was the best, the 2009 was good but was too strong on alcohol. The 2010 is lovely, and was perfect with pheasant.

I keep threating to drop a bottle off at William's but haven't done yet.

GG If its 220c, then thats probably about as good as it gets for a domestic. And for as long as it takes. At least 18 minutes normally, and don't be tempted to open the door to look at them, this will destroy them.

Live a little. Wait about 18 minutes. Then think about opening the oven door.

this made me laugh... I still have to fight the temptation to open the oven door 'just to check'... and, thus condemn the puds to collapse...

some of us want to live a little... others need to check it out...

:D How did you know?!

Well they turned out very nicely actually, perfectly edible, thought I might have over cooked them but reckon the timing was just right actually (though can't remember how long they had in there in the end...)

Am actually quite stunned that I didn't need to measure out certain amounts of ingredients to produce something so tasty!
