It is the hair straighteners you have to watch out for. A set attacked me a few years ago and clamped my foot whilst hot :(

I've read this more than six times now hoping for divine inspiration, but I'm no wiser now than I was then. You're going to have to give me more clues.
After getting frost bite on the M25 (or somewhere) last year he concocted some hand warming device (or bought summat).

Ha! Ha! for the Bish? It'd do as well as the ashtray he's installed.

Words fail me.

(Just popped down to the newsagent. They've sold out, but a shipment on it's way to Delhi has been diverted back to Blighty).

I'm really happy today as I woke up to the sound of rain. It has been raining on and off all day and is cool enough that for the first time I have the air con switched off. This is really good. Less good is that I've discovered the patio doors are less than water proof.

Been shivering all day - it's sooo cold here, just got into work and oh, it's sooooo nice and warm. Even in shorts and tee am thawing out already. :)

my daughter typed on facebook that Cambridge was in London..

after some gentle ribbing, my eldest son popped up with summat he had hastily designed:

he said: "Whenever I get confused I just consult this handy map:"

:D - made me smile anyway!

Nice. I suggest modifications with "Laandon init" for proper London and "That there London" for everywhere else.
Hope is what keeps us going.
