House prices are currently 30% to 50% higher than they should be due to the lack of propertys on the market. The 40 year old measure of wealth for middle and upper Britain is about to come to an end with the introduction of new rules for loans and the loanees ability to repay. House prices are set to crash as the amount people can borrow will be severly restricted. Here speaks someone whose politics are on the right of Gengis Khan.

Having just read an article on Bonios ....quote: "His US-based anti-poverty ONE foundation received almost £9.6 million in donations from philanthropists in 2008, but gave only 1.2 per cent of this to good causes. It’s an “advocacy organisation”, it explains, so apparently we shouldn’t expect it to hand over cash to charities. Still, it does a remarkable job of fighting poverty within the ranks of its employees: £5.1 million went towards salaries"

I have had a belly full of sanctamonious lecturing from the holy trinity of Geldof Sting and this prat who booked a seat on concorde to fly his hat from London to NY. does anyone here still admire these c_nts?

I'm sure that it was SotWA that once posted something about the prick Hewson expecting work-a-day soldiers to have contributed their wages after he'd flown in to some disaster relief area first class and with his retinue of hangers-on. Summat like that.

I'm angry that "Simply Red: For The Last Time" is on ITV tonight.

I mean, obviously all gingers need a good pasting every now and again just to keep them in their place but even other wrangers would love to kick the crap out of this talentless tosser.

Ah, Mick Hucknall. That outspoken socialist, so philanthropic in his view that he fired off all the original members of Simply Red so that he could replace them with session musicians on MU rates. Also, the Red-Wedger that fecked off to live in Italy so as to avoid the UK tax rate. Mick Hucknall = the very worst kind of human being this side of the justice system.

I take it he moved fairly recently, cos if he's been there a while, not only is he a talentless filthy rag Megson lookalike, he's also stupid. pre-50p rate, taxes in Italy were higher.

Nah, this was years ago. I read an interview with him in Q Magazine, he was in tax exile in, I think, Napoli. I can't find the interview anywhere though, nor can I find out how long they've had the 43% tax rate. Maybe he was allowed to stay there for a certain period without having to pay anything.

The only way that would happen is if he was classed as a non-dom. In which case I believe he would continue to pay tax in the UK. Which as I say, mostly has given an easier tax ride to the super rich than most of the rest of Europe for about the last 30 years.

Well, all I can tell you is that he'd moved to Italy in tax exile. How that worked? I don't know - but that's what he did.

BTW - I thought Ireland was the best place for 'artists' to avoid paying tax.

Never mind Hucknall's hypocrisy. His biggest crime is that his music is rubbish.

People who can see you driving towards them but still decide to step in the road anyway. And who remonstrate with you like its your fault.

Ah no. Not as bad as those who step out into the road and, on seeing you approaching in your car, slow down as they cross. For nothing more than to create as tense situation. Then remonstrate with you like it's your fault.
